Shon Schreiber

Shon Schreiber is entering his twelfth season as the Head Baseball Coach at Grays Harbor College. Shon is currently employed with the Aberdeen School District as a full-time middle school PE teacher and wrestling coach. Prior to coming to Grays Harbor, Shon was the head coach of a legion program in the Wallace-Kellogg Idaho area, where he led them to two league titles and two trips to the State Tournament. After his stint there, he moved on to St. Martins University where he bacame the head assistant and helped guide them to their only trip to the Regional Playoffs. Coach Schreiber resides in Central Park with his wife Erin, daughter Lily, son Sam and their dog Rawlings.

Jeremy Wintrip

Jeremy Wintrip enters his second year on the coaching staff. He has been a resident of Grays Harbor County all his life. He is a graduate of Aberdeen High School and Grays Harbor College and is employed by the City of Aberdeen. He was married in 2004 and he and his wife Jamie have two daughters, Carsyn, 5 and Regan, 3.. He has always enjoyed baseball and played following high school at Centralia College and then for the reinstatement of Grays Harbor College baseball. He has 12 year coaching experience at many different levels. In addition to coaching he enjoys hunting and fishing. With his family’s support he is excited and honored to be a part of the Grays Harbor College Choker baseball team.


 

James Lundgren

James Lundgren has had baseball as a way of life here on the harbor. He graduated from Aberdeen High School in 2004. He earned three Varsity Letters and two MVP awards on Varsity. After high school he came to Grays Harbor College to play baseball. He played at GHC  through the 05-06 seasons. After playing baseball he decided to stay at the college to get a criminal justice degree and pursue a career in law enforcement. He currently works at Stafford Creek Correctional Center in Aberdeen, WA. “Coaching helps me stay in touch with the community and keeps me close to the baseball field.”


 

Ethan Cady

Ethan Cady grew up right here in Grays Harbor and graduated from Aberdeen High School. After high school he lived in Phoenix and Los Angeles. In Phoenix he worked construction and in Los Angeles he went to the Musicians Institute of Technology where he studied the guitar. After that Ethan came back to Aberdeen and played baseball for Grays Harbor College, where he played second base for two years, earning MVP of the team the first year and earning Academic Athlete of the Year his second year. Ethan is currently working towards a teaching degree.
